Updating iphone using itunes

On Tuesday Apple released i OS 10, the company's newest mobile operating system for i OS devices.

The update includes a wide range of new features, improving upon i Message by adding apps, a revamped Music app, new Control Center panels, Siri apps and plenty more hidden features.

While Apple historically suggested that you could make more storage available by deleting items, this time round the company is actually offering to delete apps for you (and let you download them again afterwards).

If you use an i Phone, there's something you need to know. Or you can tap Later and choose Install Tonight or Remind Me Later. If you need more space for a wireless update, you can update using i Tunes or delete content manually from your device. Yes, it's painful, but you may need to take the time to back up or sift through less-used apps and photos to make room.

IPhone users are getting another alert for Apple's latest version of its mobile operating system. If you tap Install Tonight, just plug your i OS device into power before you go to sleep. Whether you use i Tunes or update wirelessly, you'll have the same amount of free space on your device after you update. Apple has some tips on its website, and some other publications do to.

If i Tunes tells you that a more recent version of the application is available, download it.
